Creation
- The process begins at the beginning of each month when the platform/partner delivers basic financial and usage data to Audible Magic.
- In 3-5 business days. Audible Magic uses this data to determine the license fees and create rights holder statements and usage reports.
- Initial validation is performed on the input data.
- The appropriate agreement terms are applied to determine the license fees.
- Customized financial statements and usage reports are created.
- Royalty results are summarized and presented back to the platform/partner for review.
Delivery
Only after the royalty summary has been approved by the platform/partner, monthly (or quarterly) reports are delivered to the appropriate license holders. Recipients may include Music Labels, Music Publishers (direct or post-claim), Performing Rights Organizations (PRO), and other Mechanical and Copyright Management collectives. Audible Magic acts as primary support for any questions that may arise from the rights holders.
Audible Magic distributes all rightsholder reports via email or SFTP.
