Asset ID

When you receive the Audible Magic Toolkit, one of the required parameters you will need to provide is the Asset ID you are sending a request for. The Asset ID is an arbitrary customer-generated string that uniquely identifies the input media in your company’s systems.

Example Usage:

identify -c configFile -i mediaFile -e unknownAssetID -o outputFile

This value gets returned in the ID Response as unknownAssetID.

We ask that platforms assign a unique value that represents a meaningful value in your system for you to map to. Avoid using values that have PII (Personal Identifiable Information that includes user information), media file names, etc) .
