Audible Magic's Onboarding process covers the whole journey: from initial sign-up to product activation and first use
Step 1: Intro Call with the Business team
Identify the project objectives, outcomes, procedures, and timelines
- Identify stakeholders (technical and business)
Step 2: Solution and Planning / Pre-kickoff Call
Provide you with product information and an overview on best practices
- Audible Magic will propose some solutions based on your use case.
- Review of your environment. This would involve gaining a thorough knowledge of your workflow process.
- Architecture review.
- Audible Magic will configure a test service.
- Audible Magic will deliver test credentials to develop the implementation plan and run tests.
- Timeline: 30 day test
Step 3: Kick-off call – Implementation (Technical)

- Review integrations, automations, and customizations with Audible Magic.
- Audible Magic will provide production credentials to add to your current workflow
- Review go-live date
