The Swedish Film Institute funded a program called Available Cinema. They wanted a way to play an audio descriptive program in synchronization with a movie playing in a theater. They selected Audible Magic to provide the frame accurate synchronization.
SFI hired Cybercom to create both a platform that other companies could use and the first mobile application to use the platform.
