      Getting started with content delivery

      Complete Online Agreement

      • Please sign the Audible Magic Content Registration Agreement (CRA). Your Sales Executive will provide you access to the CRA. Please contact sales by using our Sales Contact Form and select "Content Registration" in the Product/Service drop down menu.
      • Once the CRA is signed, the form will automatically be forwarded to our account management team who will reach out to you to set up a content delivery feed.

      Prepping for Content Delivery

      Designate a technical contact in your organization to manage your content registration process. This person must have a working familiarity with media file deliveries and metadata formats.

      Music Partners: Setting up a feed

      • Your company will provide Media Files and Metadata for content registration in your chosen forms listed below:
        • Metadata can be DDEX 4.1, DDEX 3.7 or 3.8.2 OR can be Audible Magic xml format AMXML 1.4
          • DDEX SSR is preferred, however ERN is acceptable.
          • If a content owner chooses AMXML as their metadata to provide, please ask your account manager for the latest AMXML schema.
        • Mp3 is the preferred media file format preference but Audible Magic supports any file type supported by FFMPEG.

      TV/Film Partners: Setting up a feed

      • Your company will provide Media Files and Metadata for content registration in your chosen forms listed below:
        • Metadata should be the latest Audible Magic xml format. Please ask your account manager for the latest AMXML schema. 
      • MP4 or WMV are the preferred media file format but Audible Magic supports any file type supported by FFMPEG.

      Next, your company submits an RSA public key for account authentication for SFTP site. You will use your private key as log in authentication. Please refer to the article below regarding the creation of an SFTP key:

      Complete a Successful Test & Begin Ongoing Submissions

      • Audible Magic’s content operations team will work with your technical contact to test a submission. Once a successful test is confirmed, your company can begin to deliver files to Audible Magic at their convenience. The automated system is available 24 hours a day/7days a week.
