      Answers to common questions when using Audible Magic Fulfillment Services

      Issue: I can't connect to my SFTP folders
      Answer: Confirm Audible Magic has received your external IP address

      Issue: I receive the error: "Content Right Not Available" for a particular song/component ID
      Answer: The song does not have the rights available (streaming/download/etc.) for your territory. Confirm that song is from a label you have licensed, and appropriate rights should be granted
