When troubleshooting issues with your implementation, some common information is needed to investigate issues
Audible Magic's Fulfllment APIs are SOAP-based requests to the Audible Magic Service. Please include the following information if you encounter errors or unexpected results:
- The specific SOAP request that generated the error
- The date & time of the request
- The specific error message returned
