Identification & Copyright Compliance
Our identification & copyright compliance services empower you to protect your catalog from unauthorized use online. By registering with us, you can inform multiple UGC (User-Generated Content) platforms of whether public sharing of your songs on content uploaded to their site is prohibited or allowed. Social media and UGC platforms integrate Audible Magic's identification and compliance services at the point of ingest and notify them of any/all matches to your copyrighted content and the associated business policy – Block or Allow.
UGC Licensing
Our UGC licensing service allows us to facilitate direct licensing agreements between our UGC and social media customers and rightsholders. Through this evolution of our identification service, not only will you be able to block content uploaded to our customers’ platforms, but you will also be able to monetize the usage of allowed catalog.
Music Delivery
Our music delivery services offer licensing, content fulfillment, and rights management solutions in one platform. This service provides your catalog to our retailer customer’s purchase/download and/or streaming platforms, opening potential new revenue streams based on your catalog’s usage.
Content Registration Overview
By partnering with Audible Magic, you will have the benefit of having your catalog protected, tracked for monetization, and/or delivered to the many platforms that already use our services. There is no cost to copyright owners for content registration or any subsequent services.
Determining if You are a Candidate
To register your catalog with Audible Magic, the following baseline criteria must be met.
- Identification & Copyright Compliance Systems: Rightsholder partners must have at least five commercially released sound recordings on one or more streaming services (i.e. Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc.) or download services. A personal YouTube or SoundCloud channel does not count.
- Music Delivery Systems: Rightsholder partners must have a license with on of our music delivery customers, or have an existing licensing agreement with Audible Magic.
